In accordance with Executive Council Decree no. 17 of 2017 (attached), the following should be noted:

§  DHA is the only authority part  to provide medical examinations and occupational screenings  as well as others

§  All related applications shall be transferred to the Department of Medical Fitness Services- DHA  and its centers - for jurisdiction

§  Results of any medical examinations or screenings as referred to in the decree, issued by a non-DHA part will not be accepted

§  Adhering to the articles of the attached decree and all occupational screenings and medical examinations to be  only through the competent authority , DHA

Any provision in any other pertinent laws which are inconsistent with the clauses of this code are hereby repealed.

Information and instructions mentioned in the attached decree are expected to be committed and complied by all in order to avoid any disciplinary action or penalties to be taken against non-compliance
